I decided to go to Bundall Mechanical Repairs because of all the 5-star reviews they had and I am so glad I did - I will continue to go here from now on. I actually worked at a very large automotive group here on the Gold Coast for a while and all I heard were negative reviews on how things wouldn’t get fixed, they weren’t able to get a hold of the technicians and the prices were very high. It is for this reason I chose a smaller, family-owned style mechanic who were humble, honest, and punctual. Very happy with the service! Good job guys.

The gents provided a quick turnaround with servicing and wheel replacement, actually fixed my wheel alignment (compared to previous mechanics at different shops), and provided a lower fee than the original quote price. 10/10 these guys are great!

Brought my car from Suzuki 5 years ago have had all my services done there previously and every time nothing but excellence. Not one thing I could fault with these guys from the welcoming, helpful happy customer service. To the great work, they did on my car. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was told the service would take 1.5 hours so I arranged with work to start late - in the end, it took 2.5 hours.  When I purchased the car 12 months ago I was told the service included a car wash - not delivered yesterday.  Did not feel valued at all - which was the same when I collect the car (12 months ago)  no red ribbon on my car and the salesman was reluctant to take a picture for me - the first new car I have ever purchased.  An average experience for New Spot Motors Klemizig overall and nothing has improved in the last 12 months.

A free wash and vacuum would really make a difference to the offering.

As a customer of New Spot Motors, I purchased my mg 1 and a half years ago and would have liked my car cleaned as part of their service.

Service completed on time. Warranty issues addressed and will be resolved on future visit.

The mechanic was absent (apparently left for a holiday) when I arrived to pick up my car. I was not led to believe that he had gone through all the Checks that were mentioned in the Service Inclusions of the quote that I received. The mechanic did a quick video and sent it to my phone but he was not present to go through with me what he had done or found.

They didn’t do the job and I wasn't handed any document detailing what’s been done.

The staff were lovely and they even cleaned my car :)

It's always great to see new customers and have a big smile and great service.
