While the call center person was okay, the drama, little care, and effort from this place were disgraceful. Never got the windshield fixed, they didn’t cancel my Afterpay and after calling twice to request it to be cancelled I had no choice but to dispute it. I 100% would NOT recommend this company if you need a windshield replacement, also there are cheaper places.

Service was okay. My booking was lost, so not off to the best start. On a Monday morning, had to stay in the shop longer than intended to give all my details. I had paid online for the service, which is a phrase I would have to repeat 4 or 5 times (in-person and over the phone), including right up to when I was due to pay where it was still on the bill. Left my car with them overnight which was fine, Tuesday afternoon I called them at 4 pm to see when my car would be ready, and they said 5:15 pm. Felt like even on a busy day, it would've been better if they could have reached out to me, not me have to contact them, especially when the car is with them for more than 24 hours. I appreciated the Wash & Vacuum, and it seems they do a good job of the actual service, but I didn't have the best customer experience with these guys.

I found that the young gentleman (I think his name was Kane) was most helpful for every part of the process - many thanks!

Had to take our car back as we got new brakes as part of the service, yet they have been making noise and screeching or grinding ever since getting the car back. $5K excess on the 'free' courtesy car essentially forcing you to pay $49 to have that reduced to a $500 excess. So it's not really complimentary, plus no one really checked the courtesy car out properly with me before and after. The good things were the communication received, availability of Afterpay as an option, and the nice customer service touches of the car wash and vacuum, bottled water and marketing item gift (umbrella).

I had a decent experience at Cox Auto Service Centre for my regular log book service. They did everything right for the service. Only thing is I was hoping that could be better is communication. I had asked many times to provide an invoice for the service. Still have no response from the team. Not sure why anyone is reluctant to send an invoice after the service is done.

Was ok aside from being told my steering column was loose on the collection when it wasn’t when I dropped it off clearly someone pulled on the steering wheel as it’s a large 4WD when getting in. Would have thought instead of telling me it would have been addressed when the car was there. Now I have to get it looked at. Thanks.

They were okay. Not sure their communication amongst the team is that good as you can get conflicting information depending who you speak with. They completed the service as paid for and washed the car which was a nice touch. If you are looking for personal service then this business is probably not for you. If you just want to drop off your car and have them do their thing, then they are probably a good fit for you.
