Regarding our afternoon booking, the franchisee was unable to service the vehicle due to the scope of work required. Unfortunately, the online booking system did not provide an option for the extra work to be carried out. The customer had included the additional scope of work within the comments section of the online booking.

They took 3.5 hours to change 2 tyres, then when it was time to collect the car, they took almost 30 mins trying to find “proof” that we had paid even though we showed them an email stating that we had already paid. Would not return again.

Booked a week in advance. They called five minutes before our appt at 8am and said they are unable to do the water pump repair. Blatantly lied about trying to contact me, when I have no missed calls from any phone numbers.   Then offered to still do the general service, how do you suggest I drive the car when the water pump is broken?  Terrible service, won’t be using them again.

The National Auto Group were fantastic to deal with, I needed my car to pass a roadworthy check and get a logbook service and they delivered on all counts and even finished a day early. Thanks Jamie and team. Murray.

They refused to accept the quote that I had paid for the logbook service requested even after showing them the breakdown.  They ended up charging me more than the original quote as the gentleman said not sure who quoted this but they have quoted an incorrect price. He was so rude and intimidating. They were trying to charge me $200 more but ended up paying $80 more in the end as I was so beside myself.  I could have got it done at Mazda in the end with better customer service.
Booked the car early as I needed it in the afternoon for appointments when I said that to him he goes you probably won't get it back before 4 pm as we are busy and short of staff so not going to happen.

Work was done satisfactorily. However, the worker was unable to answer any questions without phoning boss off-site. They also charged a further $250 for repairs, refused to give me a receipt stating I would be emailed, and all around felt like a shady place of business
