Manual transmission gearbox oil was not included, even though this was part of my 100,000km service. Hardly the fault of the workshop though. Still disappointing though, as I was expecting a proper logbook service, which didn't happen.

First time using mycar instead of Mazda.
When dropping off my vehicle
- Wasn't asked if there were any specific issues that needed addressing
- No explanation of what my service entailed or what extra logbook work would be carried out
- Wasn't offered a lift back to my workplace
Called around lunchtime to confirm if my vehicle was ready - It was - Why wasn't I called yet?
When collecting my vehicle
- Logbook wasn't filled out
- No information was provided regarding the roadside assistance offered
- Wasn't taken through the work that was done on the vehicle
