I only did a basic service for oil change so can't really say much to be fair. The service work was good in my opinion as I could feel the difference after. The customer service was standard. They tried to convince me to replace tyres although they are only 1-2 year old (20k-30k km). It might be just a standard marketing practice by Tyre & Auto shops, as customers we need to learn to say 'No'.
