Guys came out and were prompt. Checked car over for a service and to investigate a sound from the engine. The oil had already been changed just before the service so not needed to be changed. The mechanics performed the service and informed me that I needed to replace some air/cabin filters (this is the first service in my cars life that a service hasn’t included this), and the sound was coming from the timing chain and it’s a serious issue. I should call their workshop and book it in. Called the workshop and they told me they cant do timing chains and it has to go back to Mazda. Took my car to another mechanic and it took him 30 seconds to identify the source of issue…a water pump was leaking. Never going back !! I feel like they took a massive profit and didn’t even replace a single filter.
