The vehicle was driven home, I found diesel pouring out of the engine in the garage. Rung Kiwi French said they would send a tow truck the next day. Arrived 1hr late with a car trailer and drove the car on, diesel leaking over driveway and road. Got a call late afternoon that the car was ready, arrived, and still diesel pouring out. 45 minutes later the car was put back together and told it was fixed. The car now stinks of diesel and sounds worse than when it went in. Only used Kiwi French because of the reviews given. They are not the original owners. Very bad workmanship and service would never use them again and they didn't even bother to offer to clean the car, garage, or driveway.  Service was bad, workmanship was bad, bad experience. I feel anxious about driving the vehicle and now have to take it to another mechanic to check the works.

It was an OK experience. I cant complain about the work done but if I'm getting a major service I need a list of parts replaced.If they are too busy just call and tell me another date. No offence to the owners but lack of service means I wont be going back there.

I will unfortunately not be returning. This is the second time I've been to this business and I've been disappointed both times. When I showed up I had to explain exactly what I had booked, where, how, etc. I also never received a call when the car was ready. I eventually arrived and asked about the work that had been done and the result of the diagnostic. The gentleman had no idea.
