Car broke down on weekend, Racq towed it to West End Garage. On Monday, Mario rang me asked me what the problem was? He checked it all out that day and car was all done by Tuesday afternoon. Efficient and not expensive. They do a thorough job and are far more cost-effective that their competition.

The shop was late to open, left the vehicle at 9.15 am, and went back at 5 pm (after not hearing if the vehicle was ready) left the shop at 6.15 pm.  Tried to upgrade the quote with the need for this, need even though they were not required. Office paperwork is a mess. Have just discovered that even though I paid extra to have wheels interchanged and balanced and charged for it was not done.
