So impressed with the service decided to book in again for new tyres

Great service, booked in on time and delivered back on time.

Problem was clearly described as metal on metal and the attending mechanic didn’t figure out what was needed and brought nothing. They then charged me $115 for literally nothing. They then texted me, okay. We can do the rotors a few days later. I replied in minutes, only for them to ignore me for half a day and then tell me I have to do it in a week. OK. So I go okay, let’s book Monday in and let me know if Saturday is available. Turns out I don’t even have Monday and they want me to wait even more time. Also, the customer service agent has no idea how to speak to customers and fails across the board on customer service. Just take it to a mechanic.

Communication was fantastic Price was good. They picked my vehicle up and delivered it back to me. I'll be definitely using there services again.
