Graham from Coastwide Service Centre was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was happy to have me sitting around bending his ear for pretty much the whole day. Got everything done that needed doing for the quoted price. No hidden surprises. Was here to do a safety certificate which was completed. There was no booking details in there system. Don't know what happened?
They charged 1% service charges for using master card
They charged around $380 for replacing front breaks.

My car got the alert message asking me to check tyre pressure after I left the service center for 50meters. I drove back and they fix it, stating it is the setting that they forgot to change. But this just makes me wonder whether my tyre pressure is properly checked. Will not go back to this place again.

First time i had a car serviced by NRMA - good experience and i will go back. Substantially cheaper than the dealer.

Looked at other issues and not the one I put my car in for. Left my car stuck in a “No Stopping” zone. I need to then deal with get my car fixed by another party.

Everything was up to my expectations. All matters were dealt with complete understanding and assistance to all issues raised.

NRMA did a good service. However the counter service desk was a little overwhelmed at pick up time, and they took my payment and asked to process the invoice later and email it to me. No email receipt received.

Service was great. Only thing is NRMA needs to revamp the way their system works. I got there to pick my car up just before 5 and didn’t leave till 5.30. I’d understand if they were busy, but it was just myself and one other customer.

Although it took hours for the service to be completed, because of other cars being serviced before my vehicle, they did a wonderful job. As for my car key, not sure how they open the central locking key to replace the battery. It can be tricky. Only someone with experience with key battery changing will be able to replace it.

Overall experience with the service was very good.  My long-standing issue with the headlight settings was finally resolved.  My car was washed and vacuumed which is much appreciated. 

Car driving experience has been very good until now after the service. Hope it stays the same until my next service.

Always great service, straight up with price no hidden surprises when paying.
