Major service carried out with no issues. Staff were friendly and courteous, explaining what additional things were required beyond what is routine. Car was available by the end of the day as promised!

It wasn't service. There were some repairs. I dropped my car, they rang me and gave me quote and they finished it the same day.  Staff was friendly and explained stuff in a good way.

Very disappointed. I originally booked for my service last Saturday but received a call soon after from Fixed Price that NRMA was booked out.

Rebooked for yesterday but went to NRMA yesterday at 8 am and was told they didn't have Honda CVTF and wanted to rebook again for the third time.

I'll tell my friends and family to steer clear.

They rang me and said my car needed two replacement globes for brake and reverse light. When I checked those lights after I picked up my car, they are all in working condition. Not sure they were trying to rip the customers off!
