Needed a diagnostic of my car A/C, as the regas I booked did not resolve any issue. They could have told me earlier they were not able to do a diagnostic to find the root cause of the hot/warm air that was being blown. I’ve wasted my money doing a regas I did not need! I have to find another reliable mechanic who is well-versed in car A/C systems.

No problems with the engine bonnet release when I booked it in as I was able to open my engine bay just before booking it in. The mechanics snapped the cable and didn't bother mentioning it and returned the car to me like everything was fine. I get home to check the service performed and I can't open the engine bay. The bonnet release looked like it snapped.

Called NRMA and they claim it was broken when they serviced it. So how did they open the engine bay and service it??? Very poor and dishonest customer service. I am contacting head office to lodge an official complaint. This is the second time I have had issues with their service.

NRMA people & Customer Service is great. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was That I was told that there will be a Pickup/Dropoff service.
When I went there I was told that they don’t do that on a Saturday. So I have to wait for 1.5 hrs to call someone & arrange alternative transportation.

The inspection was efficient, thorough, with the proper recommendations of the repairs needed.

NRMA MotorService Rouse Hill offer courtesy bus but weren't able to take me just down the road to Annangrove Road.  The service is supposed to include wash and vacuum. They washed the car but didn't vacuum it.
The mechanics rang me to communicate work that needed doing and when car was ready for pickup.

They put a sticker on my car without permission. To me that tantamount to vandalism.
I requested the job off service as indicated in the add when discussing drop off time, and workshop didn't know about the service, and said it wasn't available as they only have 2 guys in the shop. However, upon dropping off car, they then offered the drop off service which I made use of. Apart from that, the guy was a little brusk at first, didn't like being asked questions, but later it was fine. It was a little expensive in hindsight for the extra labour parts. But overall, the service itself was good and the explanations clear enough.
