Drove the car the next morning. Smoke coming into the interior and a petrol smell through the interior. My husband drove down to where I was and discovered the oil cap had been left off and was still sitting under the hood near where you pop the hood. Oil has been splattered all over the engine. Rang and left a message on Monday the 7th of August and still have not received a call back. Not happy at all with this service.

I booked the service time is 11:00am, finished at 4:00pm. They said will Email the tax invoice and inspection report, but I haven’t received until now (after 1 week )

The work carried out was done in a professional manner, however I had asked for transport to my home plus that the rear windscreen wiper blade to be replaced but neither was entered on the job sheet. On being informed that the car was ready for collection I arrived only to find that my key couldn't be found. I didn't keep a check on elapsed time but just having to be kept waiting did not help my experience.
