Horrible experience, my car spent 3 months in the shop while they were attempting to diagnose the issue. Given back 3 times without the issue fixed and new problems caused each time. Very expensive for the work done. Overall the worst car servicing experience I've ever had by far. It was almost funny if it wasn't so sad. The only suggestion I have for this auto shop is to shut down.

After $1,600 service bill inc timing belt replacement, the car was returned with loose engine bolts, power steering hose misaligned next to moving parts, and resulting engine severe vibrations caused further damage. This required an NRMA tow truck to return the vehicle to NRMA service centre where resulting damage was to be repaired. Vehicle is still there - 2 weeks after initial delivery - waiting for the workshop to locate the mislaid log book.

NRMA Car Servicing Artarmon were very polite and went through the receipt with me to explain what had been done to my car and what other issues should be looked at, they didn't do any additional work without consultation first. I had booked it in for a log book service and spark plug replacement and was pleasantly surprised to find that I received a complimentary car wash and vacuum and I paid about $80 less than I was originally quoted. I will definitely take any vehicle I own back there in the future.

Having spent close to $1400 for my 5 year log book service, I was disappointed that some of the basic service elements were not completed, as stipulated on the invoice received. I therefore cannot trust any of the work undertaken by NRMA. As soon as I picked up the car I received a dash message that my battery charge was low. The battery and alternator were meant to have been checked as part of the service. The car was neither vacuumed or washed. This was meant to be complementary as part of the service. My wiper blades left streak marks. It would gave been good if this was checked and replaced (albeit at a cost) as part of the service. When I got the car home I noticed that the bonnet was not latched fully. Altogether a very underwhelming service. This was my second service at NRMA but I will not be returning.
