Motorama Toyota Moorooka is a Toyota dealership and service centre at 1060 Ipswich Road, Moorooka, Queensland, a short run south of the Brisbane CBD. The site covers new and pre-owned Toyota sales, Toyota Genuine Servicing, parts and finance, and it is one of the dealerships in the Motorama group, a Brisbane business that has been in the motor trade since 1960 and also operates at Springwood and Browns Plains. What is included in a Toyota Genuine Service at Moorooka?

Servicing is carried out by Toyota trained technicians working with Toyota diagnostic equipment and Toyota Genuine Parts, to the factory schedule set for the vehicle. The workshop is an authorised Toyota warranty repairer, and any outstanding Toyota factory recalls are identified and rectified at no cost while the car is in. Newer vehicles fall under Toyota Service Advantage, which caps the price of logbook servicing for the first three to five years depending on the model, and Toyota Express Maintenance is offered on shorter routine services, which are completed in around 90 minutes. Satellite navigation maps can also be brought up to date at the same time.

The centre is set up for people who want to stay with their car, with air-conditioned guest lounges, free Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and refreshments, a children's play area and the daily papers. For anyone who cannot wait, service loan cars, courtesy vehicles and taxi vouchers are available, and cars are returned with a complimentary wash.

New Toyota vehicles are supplied across the current range, and Motorama also runs a separate Toyota pre-owned operation at Moorooka for used stock. Servicing takes in everything from small hatches and sedans through to SUVs, the HiLux and the heavier LandCruiser models, all handled in the one workshop.

How are fleet and business customers looked after?

Business and fleet customers work with Fleet Sales Manager Kent Kauffman, who looks after new vehicle supply for companies running Toyotas. Those fleet vehicles are serviced in the same workshop as retail customers' cars, with capped price logbook servicing and Toyota Genuine Parts.
