Better communication, courtesy and timeliness from this business would have made the experience more acceptable. They are also very focused on finding faults to quickly quote on as part of what was specified to be a basic job, where I had specifically asked them NOT to go outside the scope of and waste time "finding/creating other work for themselves". This resulted in me having to wait an additional two hours out on the street, to finally get to collect my car. As for the actual requested work done, I can't say as I have no way of confirming, but given the experience described above, I'm not left with any great confidence.
