Dropped the vehicle with the relevant parts, only certain parts of the control arms were installed, the car was returned absolutely filthy covered in white dust which was wiped with a wet cloth.
Returned the car to have the remaining parts fitted. The car was still not repaired properly. Returned the car to Pedders to discover. The sub frame had not been tightened correctly and was still loose. Spent another $350 to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. Absolutely shocking service Regards Ryan

Took my Nissan in for their 149 "Major service" special. Advised I need new spark plugs, $160 for the plugs, this is a low-performance Japanese car, and $310 labour, because they "need to remove the manifold". Reluctantly agree, then get a call saying I need four new ignition coils,  $1400 "at cost". Refuse then check online, and the MOST expensive for my vehicle, at retail is 588/four. With the cheapest option being 280/four. So their cost, is supposed $800 more than retail?
Get my vehicle home and decide to check where these difficult-to-access plugs are, and find by lifting the plastic air box, there they are... all easily accessible, and could have easily changed them in under 30mins, not the two hours they charged.
Go back the next day, and they refund half the labour for the plugs (still an absolute rip at 155 to change four plugs), and said they'll rotate the tires that weren't done (And the vacuum that was somehow missed).
Get home again, the left rear tyre is still in exactly the same location (it's the only one with currb rash). So either didn't actually rotate them or didn't do a proper one. And the washer hose that they said they fixed, still isn't working. The cheap service is bait to get you in, then expect a call "needing" 500-2K extra.

Took my Mazda 3 for a service and inspection as my hand brake wasn't holding car, they fixed my issue and let me know about some other problems that would need attention, great communication and the mechanic was very helpfull, very happy thanks!
