Thank you for your feedback, I understand you rang me 6 times in one day about your car and I told you from the morning I needed your car for the whole day.

Went for a logbook service and the Mechanics suggested I change the brake pads as well. After completion, the car makes a really unusual sound like a slipping sound. It goes louder when braking and when making I turn. I went the next day to show this problem but the mechanics took this issue very lightly and fixed a new appointment time in the next 5 days. But I was not ready to drive even 1 day with that faulty car because of safety issues. I made him fix it the next day. Really poor customer service. No compensation for his fault. The only thing I got from him is sorry. I wasted 3 days just for 1 easy logbook service, which is very disappointing. Not recommended to anyone. Terrible.

Amazing service! Was able to fix up and find parts for additional issues that I brought up after dropping the car off. Speedy and value for money. Would recommend.

I thought it was expensive for the work that was done. An oil flush and change rotate my wheels and 2 parking globes that I had to replace due to they were replaced with ordinary globes and I have blue lights

I took my car to get re-gassed that was done. When I picked car up I was given no receipt and young mechanic told me I had an electrical issue and would have book it in again

None of the free extras mentioned while booking were carried out. What a waste of money.
- Wheel rotation - not carried out. Reason given: Not needed. The tread is already even.
- Wheel balancing - not carried out.  Reason given: Wheel balancing machine is not working
- Car vacuum - not carried out - Reason given - It is pretty clean already

I booked online, I didn't tick the box for windscreen wipers and when I turn up they get installed anyway and I get charged for them. If I had of booked them online they were $25 but I got charged an extra $60 on top of the payment I already made for them. I just assume they do this to all their customers? I would have thought a quote is a quote. For any other industry this would be taken to the department of fair trading!
