So bad experience. Very disappointing service experience. I brought my car in for a scheduled service, and the whole service was completed in less than 30 minutes, which already raised serious concerns about how thorough the work actually was. I have lost confidence in their honesty and workmanship and would not recommend this service centre to anyone who values transparency and proper car maintenance.

Thought a franchise so was cautious.. a friend told me they were excellent and gave them a go.. i have not found a reliable mechanic for sometime. Mitchell and team are no nonense and very helpful.. really enjoyed taking my car there and will again.
