Wasn't impressed, to be honest. We arrived just before 9 AM to find the place empty and shut. It wasn't until about 9:15 AM that people started turning up to open the place. Minor gripe, but if a place can't be punctual then how would they be with my car? Well, I found out. My car was booked in for 9 AM for pads changed and alignment done on a small car. They called me at 12:30 PM to say they needed further time as they were taking the handbrake cable off or something for the rear brakes. When I asked what else had been done I was told nothing. Not happy at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I guess that's a warning when you pick the cheapest quote.
