The service was fine, the job did not entirely fix the issue of squeaking brake pads but they were replaced just fine and at a cheaper price than competitors.

Kevin was ready and waiting for my car, explained the process and agreed a collect time. Rang during the day to advise if a couple of other points found during the service, and was reasonable cost to rectify. Also pointed out a couple of other things to watch and think about for next service. Car was ready on time, and again Kevin explained what they found and showed me the defective parts. 
Very professional.

It was a first service so I wasn’t expecting much. But I left with a bit of paint coming off of my bonnet in an area where that doesn’t happen by someone hitting it or a rock. Someone has played with the windscreen wipers and has done it. But they won’t do anything to help fix it.

Thank you to Kevin and his team at Midas Cairns. Very professional great service. They kept us informed during the day when anything was noted to be repaired or recommended to be repaired. Car was returned on time and when promised. Everything explained on the bill. Again thanks will be back for sure.
