It was a good experience. However, the free rear and front wheel rotation and balance that was included in the quote was not honored. When I asked before I picked up the car, I was told that my car didn't need any wheel rotation and balance, and anyway, it was free. I would have appreciated upfront communication or they just don't offer it.

Elite Tyre and Autocare Melton failed to mention they charge 10% when you use afterpay there, I'm only on a pension and I was absolutely appalled by this and they are very rude and I will never ever go back there.

I turned up at 8 am 28/11/2022 to find Bridgestone had nothing in the system about my appointment and had no way of accessing the office computer as the franchise manager was not in the office and nothing could be done, if it wasn't for my confirmation email I would have been shown the door. Steve was a great guy, very helpful when I was buying tyres from them and nothing was any trouble for them.

Really good communication - they made sure to call me and talk me through options whilst doing my log book service. They were thorough and worked in a timely manner - will definitely be using them again for future services.

Friendly service and the regas was great, but free vacuum was poorly done and tyre rotation wasn’t done as promised in the deal as a free extra.

I’ve always brought tyres from elite had a service done excellent staff friendly and very helpful would recommend them to any body very honest.

I booked my Territory in to have a wheel alignment done but was informed that I needed a new tyre and so agreed to have that done. However, as far as the alignment went it was never done. I am extremely frustrated as I still have the vibration through the wheels and it is frustrating to have to try to organise this again. My time is very limited and I’m not sure when I can now get this done again. Very unhappy client.
