Friendly staff, great service. I have serviced my Prado with them since 2009. Highly recommend them.

120000km Service completed late. Brake fluid replacement not done correctly and had to be rectified by another dealer.
Tow bar recall/defect not completed either. No parts available...
But other work was satisfactory.

Llewellyn Motors are very good and friendly at what they do.  I will be also be servicing other family cars with them.

Some of the listed work was not completed until I later checked and reported the anomalies. The service manager was then obliging.

Pretty lazy mechanics. I booked in for a 60,000km service.  I asked them to check a vibration. Since a wheel check and rotation was part of the 60,000km service, I thought that would take care of the vibration. They didn't even remove the wheels. They told me the tyre tread was right on the legal limit on 3 of the tyres, and that i should replace them for $573 + $88 wheel alignment.  I paid the $439 and was pretty pissed off, and stopped in at tyres & more at Ipswich. They removed and balance all of my wheels for FREE, and recommended I replace my front brake pads in the next few months as the indicator metal was rubbing, hence the loud grinding noise, which Ross Llewellyn boys would have picked up if they even checked.  The also told me the tyres will be fine until after Christmas. I know that if they didn't check these items, they wouldn't have checked any of the items listed on the invoice.  So I paid $439 and got scammed.

So I got a call from Tamara this morning asking how I felt about the service. I let her know of my disappointment.  She let me speak with her boss, Scott, who was sympathetic, and I'm going in on Friday to have a speaker replaced. Scott seems keen to ensure I'm a happy customer... so right now I'm a little cheesed off. 

Unfortunately, I think these mechanics should wear a camera, take photos, and show us the old parts so we know exactly what has been done... the stigma continues unabated... even from a reputable dealer mechanic like Ross Llewellyn.

I am basically very happy with the service that I received from LLewlyn Motors except that that overlooked one item on the maintenance schedule - flush the brake fluid. They have offered for me to bring it back into be done. However this is a hassle for me as I live an hour away and never go to Ipswich except for my vehicle servicing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was an excellent customer lounge with tea and coffee facilities. There was also a cafe on site for coffee, food etc.

Great service. Llewellyns have friendly staff, it was done on time and they even washed the car.

Pleasant experience and although fixedprice car service nominated cheaper alternatives was happy to pay a bit more for the the peace of mind of going through a genuine Subaru service centre using genuine parts. Staff kept me informed of items requiring further attention and didn't pressure me into having the further work completed.  Will return in the future and happy to recommend to others.

The service was done correctly as it appears and they were friendly and helpful but trustworthy was lost when we were advised that front brakes needed to be done when not required.  Vehicle was supposed to be borderline un-roadworthy but we were not advised prior to vehicle collection, it came across as a upsell attempt as we hadn't noticed any braking limitations prior to the vehicle been serviced, nor upon leaving the service centre.

2 items on the service list from fixed price where not completed so had to re-book 3 days after to get them done. It was supposed to take 1 hour to finish off the missed items. Ended up taking 3 hours making my wife late to work

Ultracare identified and recommended additional work on the car and gave me a amended price before going ahead. Good to know for future works on the car. Whilst doing timing belt service identified oil leak and alternator belt worn. I supplied parts but left gaskets at home for water pump. Peter drove up to my place and picked up the gaskets and o ring replacements. Cars running well and a great load off my mind having this done as the car had 200000klm with no timing belt done. Best thing was they use AFTERPAY which helps me spread out the cost.  Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trusted mechanic.

A very professional approach by the receptionist, who ensured that all information as well as my concerns and issues relating to my vehicle was passed on to and addressed by technicians.

A friendly Tamara welcomed us into the service reception and proceeded to book our car's service requirements in a proficient manner and we left.
Some time in the afternoon Tamara advised us the car was ready and we came to pick it up. After some paperwork, dollars were exchanged for keys and we left with a smile on our face. A nice experience. Thank you, Michael

Car was serviced straightaway 
 Dropped it off just after 8am and picked it up just after 9am. Car needed new sensor for coolant.  Also replaced brake fluid. Car running great now. Paid using Afterpay.  Too easy.

Dropped off car in the morning. About and hour later work was all done. Cars running great. Used Afterpay again. Too easy. Highly recommended Peter and the crew working there.

Very happy with Hyundai dealer workshop in Booval saving 30% on 90k major i30 crdi logbook service booked through Fixed Price Car Service. Big saving, excellent service and no surprises.

Completed as per service request. also found out that my engine oil was low. garage topped it up  at no charge. Great service. Second visit using after pay. Will use again. Too easy.
