My car broke down, they were able to fit it in that day and got me on my way. Next day full service and brakes. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Explained the issue well and was polite service.

The workshop experience was okay, but if the customer gives you the part to put on the vehicle can you please call the customer and let them know that it is the wrong part, so I can get the right one. Also if the vehicle is ready before the time can you call the customer?

I have owned my vehicle for 5 years. The air conditioning system had worked perfectly. The air con in summer always blew icey cold air. Now all of a sudden when i use the air conditioner for cooling it is blowing hot air. Also, I did not receive an itemised service invoice informing me of tasks completed during the service and the costs associated with each task. Now I will have to pay more money to have it the air conditioning system fixed or repaired. I am not happy. Extremely disappointed.

Gave me a lot of nonsense about my car having some mod on it so they shouldn’t change the oil for me (they didn’t say anything when I had them last time), and then took them 2 hours to just change the oil and filter.
