I was disappointed with the inspection service. The inspector only called me briefly, which made it difficult to understand the full details of the vehicle’s condition.
I requested a full PDF report afterward, but I never received it. Because the information provided was incomplete, I only learned from the dealership later that the vehicle had no logbook — something I expected the inspection to clarify.
Overall, the communication and level of detail did not meet my expectations.

The service was OK, but they left oily residue and dirty handmarks in the car.
