Okay, but you’re not going to like it. My vehicle, an aging Holden Berliner (2001 model) came due for registration. Express Lube has serviced and rego-checked this vehicle a number of times in the past. No major issues were identified. However, on this occasion a whole raft of mechanical problems, some reported as serious enough to prevent vehicle registration were listed, and a quote for repairs was provided. None of these issues have been previously mentioned or identified in previous vehicle inspections. Now you guys might not see much wrong with this situation, but as a customer, I have the distinct impression that Express Lube Tuggerah went out of its way to find as many problems as possible, to maximise the repair bill and force vehicle repairs by way of a refusal to register the vehicle. 80-year-old pensioners don’t have the luxury of buying new cars. I have to keep this car on the road, So the last thing I want is dishonesty from a motor mechanic. I have booked my vehicle in with you for some of the repairs to be completed, only because other mechanics I approached were too busy to do these repairs in a timely manner. Registration is due 8/08/2023. Looking elsewhere.

Had a major repair carried out at Express Lube Tuggerah. Very friendly staff, repair was done in a very quick time. Can’t fault the customer service.

Dropped off the day before, full service was completed by 9 a.m. on the booked day. Highly recommended!

After going through the Automated step-by-step process to describe EXACTLY what the work we required including Auto-electrics, we were then bumped a week due because of TDS unavailability. We then, after taking time off work to drop the car in, are told that 'We may not be able to do Auto-electric work, and that we should try the auto electrician down the road. May we can do the work you requested but are unsure". The workshop looked like a backyard mechanic with no reception desk and the 'managers' sitting in the office watching burnout videos. A waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!
