George Gray Motors are easily one of the best mechanical workshops on the Gold Coast. I have been taking my vehicles there since 1987 and have seen three different but, incredibly amazing owners take the reins. Great value for money. The mechanic was on time, fast and efficient, and polite. Apparently, a couple of filters didn't need replacing as they were in good condition. Ausmec RWC and Mechanics Mobile Sunshine Coast contacted me later in the day to offer me a partial refund which was not expected and just all round great service and customer care. I will definitely be using them for my next service.

Matt ,from Larrkins, came out in alotted time,even though he had no directions to the Homestead.( Autoguru guy told me the mechanic knew how to get here).
Matt replaced battery,did diagnostics on vehicle and honoured the quote, even though quote did not take into account ,the price of a new battery.

Service appears to be good, they rang to tell me I needed a new battery (with another $250 on top of the service). which I wasn't sure if I really needed but went with it anyway. The mechanic said the battery light was flashing, though I never witnessed that myself. The downside was the courtesy car - I'm very grateful to have gotten one but it was so dirty inside, receipts, crumbs all over. The steering wheel was so sticky for dirt. Especially with COVID - they should be practising high cleaning standards when there's strangers touching the cars every day!

Everything is good, and they always let you know what's needed to be done. However, this time, they seemed to forget to adjust my maintenance odometer.

Rick the mechanic was polite & friendly, he explained everything in simple terms that made it easy to understand.
