Poor communication between myself and the mechanic in regards to the ability to use Afterpay. I was advised by the mechanic that it wasn’t offered even though I was assured it was when booking online. He made no attempt to sort out the miscommunication and simply told me I would have to pay up when collecting my car. I had to follow this up myself with the booking agent. Service isn’t only about oil changes. I only booked with this mechanic because Afterpay was offered. He really should’ve sorted the payment issue for me.
