Ollie & Sean greeted me when I came up to the reception desk and I explained to them I had booked for logbook service. Very pleasant experience and great customer rapport. Highly recommended for those living in far east suburbs

Overall very very good. Staff - Shaun was very welcoming, engaging in issues and open and honest about issues, costs etc. Comms on the issue was a little slow, but not because of them, but due to complexity. So can't really fault them. 4 stars as we still have some fixes to apply, but would recommend them again and second car going in next week.
