We were quoted the wrong price on our tyres. Received a phone call after dropping of our Hilux advising tyres would be $65 each more. The tyres were fitted inside out, the spare was wrong and no alignment as hoist broken.

Staff were so helpful and happy and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Made me feel welcome.

Just all-around great customer service. The ladies in the office and the lady who drives the courtesy vehicle so very nice.

Paid approx $300 more than quoted and wasn’t consulted. Asked to be phoned if anything else was required, no phone call but was given a list of payments. I did advise them in regards to an engine light on & no diagnostic was done.
