Hi Paul, Thank you for your review though it is only 3 stars. I understand you were disappointed with the BMW wheels being locked on with wheel lock nut though we did not fit them or loose the tool to remove them, Fact you went and got a new tool for your own car is great and def required to remove the wheels. I think we personally did an amazing job and got their brakes done swiftly and that's what matters. Please bring your wheel nut lock tool with you for any further bookings kindly :) Does this fathom a 3-star rating def not. Take Care friend.
