I booked two weeks ago online. But there was no record when I reached the store, had to re-book.

BYD Atto 3 will take 6-8 hours to service (5k odometer), not sure what they will do with the electric car for 8 hours, which doesn’t have many moving parts. Poor service.

They don't like you to ask questions on the service summary and ask for quotes to repair based on what they have found. Just booked there because the place in Merrylands is temporarily closed. Would try a different place next time hoping someone can explain to me what the recommendations are and is willing to provide quotes.

Needed a few things fixed and Hendon Mechanical Repairs were able to fit me in at last minute and do the job at a great price. The car is running a whole lot better, plus the payment options available are great especially this time of year. Eg: Afterpay will be returning to get services done in the future.

Easy process from booking to servicing. The technician/service advisor told me what needed to be done when dropping off my BYD on the 1st service and summarised the task completed when I picked the car up. Well done!

The staff were great and from what I could tell, they did a good job. On the booking site, it would be great if a rough estimate of the time it takes to do each service could be included. I thought it would be one or two hours, and so could do a bit of shopping in Parramatta while it was being done. I was surprised to find it was a 5-6 hour job and would have made other arrangements if I had known.

It was hassle-free, dropped the car key there and went shopping, it was ready a few hours later with all software upgraded, glad to find previous s/w related issues were gone.

The guy was super efficient and did a nice work.

David and Darryl are excellent, nothing is too difficult or too much trouble. There is no BS involved, they tell you exactly what is required to keep your car running well and at a fair price. Thanks guys ������������
