They seemed good when I dropped off.  Although they don’t have working phones so you can’t contact them at all. Also after paying $1500 for a service you wouldn’t expect to break down 5 minutes down the road because your intercooler turbo exhaust hose is blown off because of staff not doing it up enough. This resulted in me sitting on the side of the highway for an hour of a half waiting for nrma, because yet again the phone lines don’t work, nor do the email or the message function on their site. A disappointing way to end a Saturday after waiting around for 8 hours for a service and an addition near 2 hours for repairs. Hopefully what they didn’t do hasn’t damaged my engine.

This is the second time I've booked a log book service, and the experience was as good as the first. They've informed me of things that could go 'tired overtime' and I appreciate their honesty and service.

My Airconditioning wasn’t checked for leakage before gas was filled, it ended up having a leak and the money I spent on gas was completely wasted.

Daley Motors rescheduled the appointment for a week because they were overbooked and only provided quality service. Then on 06/04/22, we had my Kia Optima serviced at Daley Motors to re-gas the aircon and regular logbook service. The regular maintenance was more expensive than other services. As a result, I expected greater transparency. However, even though it advertises free wash and vacuuming, the workshop did not vacuum the interior or rear boot. The staff also did a slack job with the wash; watermarks in the back were left unwashed, and the door hinges were still dirty. Mr Neil (at the reception) stated that they do not clean the boot, but neither did they vacuumed the interior. You can only imagine what "quality service" was done with the engine. I would recommend this workshop. Edit: 1 star. The air conditioner stopped working on 06/05/22, and the poor workmanship does not justify the high servicing cost. Before it was regassed, the air conditioner was not inspected for leaks. On 09/06/22, I returned to the workshop to address my concerns, and Mr Chris Daley said he remembered the episode but refused to acknowledge the issue. He also stated that if I removed the negative review, he would consider charging a fee to fix the air conditioning. I am appalled at the lack of customer service recovery efforts.

They staff were very thorough when explaining what work they did to my car. all items were separately costed. The service was completed in the time frame given. Car was washed and vacuumed inside.

Some extra work (which I know was required)  was offered at a good price. Never felt pressured in to doing extra work.
Service included a detailed report on the condition of the car.

The gentlemen I dealt with initially upon arrival was great and offered to drop me back home while the car was being serviced. I was regularly updated throughout the day of when the car was going to be ready. The car was washed and clean on my arrival and both men I dealt with were lovely and informative.

Yong and the team at Goodyear Autocare Croydon were fantastic! They worked fast and efficiently and didn't skimp on the quality, going above and beyond to ensure the working order of my vehicle and to explain and catalogue every decision he made. The complimentary vacuum and clean were the cherry on top.
