Dalby Windscreens

Dalby Windscreens is a second generation family business serving the Western Downs

Dalby Windscreens is a mobile windscreen business based in Dalby, servicing the surrounding Western Downs region. Since 2004 they have been a local, second generation family owned and operated business, and for more than 20 years they have been part of this community, working hard to serve their neighbours with quality, care and a personal touch.

What windscreen services are available across the Western Downs?

Their fully equipped vans carry everything needed to complete the work at a customer's home, workplace or wherever the vehicle happens to be. Chip repairs are carried out on most damage quickly and efficiently, restoring the integrity of the windscreen before a small chip becomes a crack. Where a windscreen is shattered or beyond repair, it is replaced with a high quality unit so safety and clarity are fully restored.

How quickly can a windscreen be replaced?

Most windscreens are held in stock, which means prompt fitting rather than waiting on an order to arrive. Their technicians also keep up to date with current techniques and materials, so a repair lasts rather than needing revisiting.

What does being family owned mean to them?

Being family owned means being deeply connected to the values of honesty, integrity and hard work, and those principles guide everything they do. Their commitment goes beyond providing exceptional products and services, extending to fostering genuine relationships with their customers.

Why choose a local business?

When a customer chooses Dalby Windscreens they are not just supporting a local business, they are supporting a family, creating jobs and helping the community thrive. That connection to the district is something the team takes real pride in.

Have they been recognised for their service?

Dalby Windscreens has been recognised for excellence in the Australian Business Quality Awards, reflecting the standard of workmanship and customer service they have built the business on.
