Clancy's did a great job even though the system you have for fixed price servicing is terrible and I will never use it again or recommend it to my friends. When your system selects a car service center who is not a normal dealer for that make f car it just makes a guess as to what type of the dealers cars are similar and then not only calculates the price on that cars service but lists the parts required. In my case your system told Clancy's that it was a Ford Ranger and they had the parts for that service listed, including a $600 timing belt change, The I30 does not even have a timing belt!!! Last week when I tried to book the car in I was not given any email confirming the booking so I rang Clancy's and was informed I would have to wait another week for a service, I accepted this and then drove to Sydney. For some crazy reason your system booked my car in on Thursday the day I was in Sydney and I kept getting text messages to take my car in I tried to reply to these but it seems that did not work either.
