Tom commenced his career 22 years ago and is constantly updating his skills. We pride ourselves on running a friendly, clean workshop. We have a reputation for approachability and trustworthiness and will answer any question you have regarding our work.

Avoid at all costs! Whilst they did work hard to fix an issue, they did so with such a terrible experience. The car was held hostage for nearly 4 weeks because they demanded I pay twice to fit a part (that turned out not to fix the issue). I begged to have the car returned so I could take it to Ford and they REFUSED because they made a guarantee on the second cost to fix it with no further costs. Finally, they fixed the issue and then charged an additional $600 including the cost of petrol to move it to a second repair place (because their team could not fix it). $4800 later for a simple fix and they flat out refused to accept they had made a guarantee. Dodgy! There are many better mechanics out there!

Travis and the team are very good at what they do, they explain things in full detail no matter how many times you ask, If you do forget or do not understand the work. Also very fair prices.

Was good pricing & convenient to get my wheel bearing replaced on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately my brake pads were put on backwards and after speaking to CBR auto they said they didn't even pull the pads out of the calliper but after some sufficient damage from metal on metal to my rotor its clear they were put on backwards. I had to take my wheel off and fix them myself. Its a dead end situation after speaking to them and they claimed it wasn't because of them. I wouldn't go to the efforts to change it around, damage my car just to ring and blame them for it but anyways. Bearing is fixed at good price hence the 3 stars, which is generous considering.

Happy with the work they did. Ute drives so much better. Good to have a mechanic you can actually trust.
