He did an essential service in an hour, the only thing that took a star off was the fact there wasn't any power steering fluid replacement because he ran out, probably should have had it as part of basic services. But overall, still happy with it!

Had my aircon regassed on a 93 Falcon. Mobile service supplied by Snowmobile Automotive Air Conditioning. Fast, efficient and most of all, knowledgeable. Can’t praise Rodney highly enough. Totally recommend for all automotive air con work.

Quoted $380 then rang me back saying it’s $1800 for this and that, filters, brake pads etc. Said no. Took it to a friend who checked the parts they quoted. Not one thing on the $1800 quote needed fixing or replacing. Glad I just paid $380 and said NO to extras. It was unacceptable and should be reported. I’m writing a formal complaint. Ultra Tune franchises you overcharge. Bad Business.

Standard service fee ended up around $800 which is more expensive than anticipated. It is low km car but they insisted needed $200 battery and a number of other things replaced at 30,000km distance. Not the $250 mentioned.

We experienced a sudden work vehicle breakdown, required same day repair, called into Ultra Tune North Melbourne, and they fixed it the same day, which allowed us to proceed with work as requested. Ultra Tune North Melbourne Very happy. Phil.

Made a booking day before, was expecting a call to confirm appointment on Thursday. No phone call, waited from 12-5pm on Friday which was the vehicle inspection booking day and nobody showed up. Wasted 5hrs sitting around.

Punctual, professional, honest, and friendly. These guys were super easy to deal with and we're very transparent; no BS. Car was ready to go the same day it went in. They did the work I needed for nearly $400 less than the previous workshop quoted. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

They haven’t given me a copy of my summary or any paperwork upon picking up my car. Regardless if it was paid with Afterpay, the transaction should be final. Contacted the dealer twice and he said he will send the invoice/summary/receipt once the payment has gone through. Also had to chase up the status after I dropped my car in, as I hadn’t heard from them at the end of the day. Only to be told it wasn’t ready and wouldn't be until the next day. Which I can understand but would have been nice if they contacted me to let me know, instead of waiting all day and having to chase them up.

They were friendly, responsive, efficient and affordable. However, my car did not receive a car wash as it was stated to be included in the package! Minor detail. Overall good service!

I believe his name was Johno and was very polite and understanding. He was really honest and informative. Explained things for me without being condescending. He was great. And he even tidied up the gearbox and didn't charge me for it. I am really pleased. And will definitely be recommending him to others. I'm glad I've found a mechanic that I can stick with and not have to shop about for.

Friendly and punctual servicemen but did not check error codes nor complete the work I specified in the booking request on both online and in-store. Had to re-book and pay a further $250 in works (after being quoted $90).
Will stick to Ford Service centres after this experience.
