We just moved in around the area and I was looking for a place to get my car serviced. Carco Service and Tyre Centre has the highest review based on Google so I decided to get them to service my car. It was a smooth transaction from dropping the car but my feedback was regarding the pick-up where in they had told me the car was ready for pick up at 1 pm. I had to pick it up though at 3 pm because that's when I finished work. But upon pick-up, they told me to wait around 10 mins to get the car out. Also, they are offering complimentary vacuum and clean but when I checked, my car it was nowhere that clean so I had to go back and told them I wasn't cleaned. They had to apologise for it and had to get it washed and vacuumed, so had to wait another 10-15 mins for it. There was a 2-hour gap from when they say the car was ready for pick-up but at the end, still not ready. Hopefully, they'll address the issue that when they say it's ready for pick-up then it's REALLY ready for pick-up.
But the car was running smoothly from service btw. Just not really good experience of picking up the car.
