Ultra Tune Kew quoted $0 to win the quote, then overcharged me by about 2.5 times the amount for parts. They charged me $605 for a radiator that a local and well-known supplier sells for $235. It's absolutely disgraceful behaviour and I have taken this to Consumer Affairs Victoria for further investigation.

I went in with a fixed-price service and was advised that I also needed to replace the air filter and fuel filter for this model car. This was an extra $185 that I was not expecting.  After the service, I checked the car's service manual and found that these 2 items were needing to be replaced at the "B" service, but this was an "A" service. Disappointing.

Not really helpful when asking questions. I won't choose them next time.

This is my second visit to Ultra Tune Kew, as I was very happy the first time. The car needed a logbook service (150,000 km) and two front tyres. As an elderly female pensioner, I know little about cars, and these people were aware of that and did not try to take advantage of me. They were understanding of a family crisis I was in the middle of and helped me out with a good job at a fair price. They even gave my car a free wheel alignment and sent it home looking sparkling after a quick wash. I have no mechanical knowledge. All I know is my car feels happier and my wallet is not totally empty.

The team were great and met all needs of the service I wanted.

Quick and efficient. Brought my car in for an aircon regas, staff were super friendly and even though the place was packed with cars I was out in under 40min with my aircon freezing again.

The job was done as promised and on time. Check in and pick up were easy and quick. The price I paid was slightly higher than the agreed price but was still cheaper than any other quote. Would definitely use them again.

I had to ring 15 mins before they closed only to hear that they hadn't even looked at my car. Cost me a $50 taxi ride home. Could've at least washed my car for compensation. And stated that they are obligated to check air con system for faults before re-gassing. No change to air con temp in car. Doubtful if they did anything to it.
