It was my first time here. Overall a good experience. It could be enhanced by installing a TV or coffee machine (yes it's a petty thing but a bonus for those who have to wait) but overall good experience.

I went there for a 5000 service and was told it would take anything from 2 to 3 hours to service an EV car, are they for real? I take my wife’s petrol-driven car to Hyundai to be serviced and it takes about an hour so l left and will try somewhere else.

Brought in my BYD for it's first service. Easy and efficient and quick process. Dropped off the car in the morning and everything was all done within the hour. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend as well.

I booked online. When I turned up on the correct date/time the manager said I had the wrong date/time. I showed proof of my booking. He said it had been moved to the following week. I was never notified of this change and the worker also seemed extremely confused about the situation as he saw I was not wrong. He did apologise and was nice however, I had traveled from 1hr away for my appointment and it was quite inconvenient that I needed to come back.

Overall good experience, they called before doing additional work on the car. Customer service was ok. I felt like the guy didn’t really explain what he did to the car when i picked up (had to pay extra $1700) and just went straight to payment like it was nothing and was rushed.

Good customer service and mechanics, but previous repair was not fully performed properly which resulted in a rumbling sound when driving, and had spent over $2k on repairs. Was given an overall list of repairs and I calculated that I'd need to spend another $2k+.

As your vehicle had received extensive damages to the left side, it was a process of elimination to fix the steering problem, tackling a few things at a time as we wanted to minimise the cost of repair by not needlessly quoting on replacing every single part. With that mindset, when we replaced the damaged parts related to your steering system on the left-hand side of the vehicle, we had eliminated the noise at the time. When you returned 3 months later for a car service, you reported to us that the steering sound had returned, and we investigated and found that the right-hand wheel bearing is now causing noise which we previously didn't detect. We apologise for not quoting for the replacement of this part on your previous visit, we honestly thought that it was in good order and we didn't want to make you spend needlessly. In regards to the service report and quotation for your recent visit, only 1 item was related to the steering noise. Everything else quoted was for general maintenance and is related to your car service. They are optional replacements for consumables that cars usually go through (such as wipers, filters, and fluids), and are not related to the previous repair and the steering noise. We apologise for any confusion caused, and we're sorry if we were not clear. Once again, thank you so much for leaving us a review. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and it will help us in continuing to improve ourselves.

Quick work had my car done in under 24 hours, good contact with them, showed me the old parts that they replaced, very happy.

Very unhappy quoted 1500 to 2000 Max for a clutch replacement  charged me 2400 and will no give me the invoice with work done. Am now asking for all the invoices on that vehicle so I can show prospective buyers what has been done. They will not give me these and will not correspond.

Job completed as detailed in a timely fashion. Staff were polite and kept me informed of likely completion time which turned out to be pretty close, thanks.
