Amazing service ������������

The signage in front is confusing regarding the location of the office. It is actually inside the workshop in the complete opposite direction to signage arrow/s. The staff were friendly enough but pretty disorganized. Maybe a little understaffed. Replacement parts that were requested and pre-booked/pre-paid were not replaced. Even after staff were reminded of this when dropping the car off. No service report or comments about the vehicle were given when picking up the car. Seemed a bit confused when asked for this. Tried to take payment when picking up car despite being told several times was booked and pre paid.

Very hard to find, as workshop is buried in an industrial estate and google maps didn't like that.  But they were incredibly helpful and quick.  They informed me my clutch is "iffy" and it's time for new tyres and a wheel alignment.  Less expensive than I was quoted.  All round good experience.

Richard is a hard worker and very reliable, we enjoy his car service experience, thumbs-up.

Richard is on time, and have a good communication pre booking, during the service he is very thorough, discuss the car condition and solutions, also the potential what might happen. I am very happy and highly recommend his service.

Check the pricing of parts prior to booking a service with this workshop - paid much more (approx. 2x as much) for brake pads and discs than you can find online via multiple sites for the same models used during the repair.

Overall very happy with the car service, from booking to Afterpay, very convinient and accommodating.
