Kelvin we are sorry to hear you are disappointed we could not complete an automatic transmission flush on your Mercedes-Benz or fix an issue with your lights. While we have the equipment and tools to complete most automatic transmission flushes some vehicles require specialist tools. Unfortunately, we can’t always tell these specialist tools are required until we inspect the vehicle. In these situations, we recommend an automatic transmission specialist. Regarding the issues with your lights, the cause is due to a wiring issue. This requires an Auto Electrician to repair. Despite spending time investigating the wiring issue, we decided not to charge you as a good will gesture for not being able to complete the automatic transmission flush. We are sorry for any inconvenience however we prefer that a job is done correctly even if that means we cannot do the job ourselves.
