Very difficult to deal with the actual mechanics directly. Did a brake change and no specifics of the products to be used were provided in the quotes given before or after service.
Probably will never use them ever again.
Very carefree attitude about the safety of your car. Uses very simple passwords for lock box.
It is unfortunate you felt this way Philip. The AutoGuru platform does not allow us to give a "breakdown" when quoting but the invoice that was placed on your passenger seat clearly showed a cost breakdown for the parts used & brand names of the parts used. In this instance your vehicle was equipped with a good quality aftermarket brand of brake pads and rotors being Bendix. Your vehicle received a complimentary "10 Check" as part of the repair where the team highlighted additional safety concerns such as blown globes, worn out tyres and a faulty brake switch. As stated on your invoice we recommend doing a service and full safety inspection to pinpoint any further issues that may not have been mentioned. Lockbox passwords get changed every use but we keep them simple in order to ensure that for customer who request after hours collection they can easily get their keys as if there is an issues there is nobody on site to assist with opening the lock box. I understand your frustrations and hope i have provided an adequate explanation. If you do ever require our services again we will be happy to assist
