Very happy with the service, the mechanic was friendly and arrived on time.

We tried to change our booking to the 29th of January. Tried to contact Mycar but was impossible. The phone rang out numerous times and impossible to leave a message by pressing 1 didn't work. Finally contacted someone on the 1300 number who gave me little confidence as he told me my car was a Toyota Kluger and not a Mazda SP25 GT. I was told that the booking had been changed and I would receive a confirmation email which I am still waiting for. As the mechanic turned up at the original booking time I have no confidence in their administration.

Fantastic service, on time, fixed the problem radiator and test drive checked out no more overheating.

One, Re-gassed the air-con within an hour at a competitive price. Two, The air-con didn't work in next day, and I was told by the mechanic because of a leaking issue, I had to pay $650 for a re-fix. I wonder why it was not checked for leaks before regassing.  Very upset about this kind of service, I won't recommend this workshop to anyone at all.

Just excellent service all round. I had Eric working on my Jeep who knows the brand inside and out. I also asked if he could fix my side panels as it's a soft-top. Keep in mind not even Adelaide Jeep could fix this yet Eric nailed it in a matter of minutes.

The workshop was very messy, with insufficient space to drop off the car. Service promised in 2 hours, however car wasn’t ready on the same day. The next day I never received a call to confirm the car was ready for pick up. They left the car dirty and outside of the workshop on the opposite side of the street not really safe. JG Customs is the best mechanic in town nothing is too much of a problem they listen and take time to make sure they understand what the problem is and being a female they don’t treat me like I’m stupid. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% has my business forever.

I’ve been looking for a mechanic who I can trust and know what they are doing and are honest with their work. Hank and the team at Ozsports Auto Centre are that team of mechanics. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid for a regas service to then find out that they did not properly investigate or noticed there was a leak on the cables. I contacted them to inform that the service did not work and was told that was probably a leak. I returned to the shop so they could look at my car and was confirmed that indeed there was a few leaks but that this was not detected prior to the regas service. I was offered a second regas even though it would not work instead of my money back considering it was not my responsibility if the investigation was bot done correctly on their end. Unfortunately, I will not use or suggest their service in future to anyone.

I have received the best service ever and very competitive price to fix my car. Really happy with this service.

Went in for a free diagnostic on air conditioning and re-gas was priced at $130. Had a leak and charged $50 to say re-gas can't be done.

Bedford Motors is very reliable. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating. There were no hidden charges and they were very transparent with what they’ve done. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Friendly service & appreciative for the drop off.

We have a fleet of nearly new work vehicles and thought we would try to move away from Dealer Servicing,  Paul and the Torque Team were fantastic and it's on the back of our first experience that we will be bringing the others back. Very good, very happy.

I was extremely happy with the service received at Zack's Automotive. Zack the owner is a hands-on guy and talks you through the process and makes sure you are completely satisfied with what he's offering. I couldn't recommend he and his friendly team more highly!

Pleasant ...just a little disappointed why I had to leave my car all day for 1.5 hrs labour but work done on vehicle was excellent and Paul was a very friendly person.

I dropped off my car for its 100.000km  service and received a call to say that my car was ready.  I was really happy with the way every thing was handled

Dropped it off, was called not long after and told what needed fixing and the price (which I was happy with) and collected my car by the end of the day. Best of all, payment was made via Afterpay which saved the day.

Great location, easy drop off and pick up. Price was as quoted, even readjusted the rear brakes as part of the service at no cost. Very happy with the experience and will be going back in the future for further services. Mechanic very knowledgable on Holden rodeo.

They never disappoint, I highly recommend Jim Chaillons Auto Service for the people in Townsville area. I have been servicing and fixing my past cars and present car with them for years. They do the best work never gone anywhere else ever since the first time they fixed my previous car.

AVOID! 
I made a booking for my car to get looked at by Zack's Automotive in Muswellbrook. There was an issue with the central locking and working power windows. 
They had a look on a Monday and at around 5pm they presented me with my car that had not been fixed and power windows that did not function anymore. The windows were stuck in a fully open position, rendering my car unusable because I couldn't leave it securely anywhere. 
They said they couldn't fix it or the windows they broke, and I should take my car to an auto electrician.
I have since taken my car to an Auto electrician who advised me that the windows were not working due to the negligence of Zack's Automotive, they did not put everything back in its place after pulling everything apart. He took photos and documented their negligence.
They have since denied any wrong doing and refused to refund me. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. So I paid once to make my car worse and once to fix their mistake.
Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic service they helped me out of a really difficult situation, also explained to me what needs to be done on my car, cheers.

Upon checking with my usual mechanic. I paid over $500 for something that literally cost $120 + 20 mins labour max.
