Had no idea I was booked in and needed to show them the booking information. Did honour the booking. Didn't have car cleaning or loan car facilities and not offered regather dispite it being an item on the booking. Did complete the service at a great price.

Super fast to get parts for my car and fix it. Only had to go 24hrs without my car.

Unreal service, they were fully booked but my vehicle was unsafe and they got me in, just awesome.

Yet again Daniel has gone out of his way to get me back on the road, he could easily say sorry we’re busy but he doesn’t he finds a way to get his customers back on the road, and for that alone I think he deserves a pay rise.

I had a great experience. The honest and nice guys worked with me to suite my budget while also keeping me safe. If you ever drop in there ask for Ryan, the coolest guy ever.

When dropping off I got a very rude reception, where the guy told me he didn't know autoguru and that I can't have paid for it, and that there is no way for me to be charged in advance (Can't remember his name but he is one of the 2 on the picture for the workshop).
Pick up was terrible. There was no one at the desk despite ringing the bell many times. I had to go down to the workshop myself, twice, to get the car.
There was a complimentary car wash on the description, and also on the invoice. But no car wash... 
Anyway, the service itself was fine. Otherwise I would have said terrible. 
Poor, as it is not the way to treat a first time customer.

Gentech were professional and shorted my issue quickly even though the incorrect part was initially delivery for fitment.

I am happy with friendly attitude and service was smooth. The only reason making one less star was no car washing. The quote was included free car wash. I totally forgot about it but remembered after back home. But overall I am quite happy with them and will be back for the next service.
