Though I didn't receive the additional free services such as free tyre rotation, or 6-month roadside assistance, I am very happy with the work they have done with the car. They even asked to come back after 6 months to do a checkup on the work they have done. Overall five stars!

Was all round happy with their service! Booked in for Tuesday morning the Sunday prior. My car was idling rough so I assumed it was the spark plugs, it was indeed. So had those replaced, also was due for a service so they did that. They also sent me a picture of my rear brake pads as they were almost completely done & dusted. I confirmed to have those also replaced & had my car back within 4 hours tops! The mechanic was by himself so I was pretty impressed & it’s always a green tick from me when the mechanic gets in contact about extra work rather than just doing it & surprising you with a larger bill than quoted at pick up! Would recommend & no doubt will be returning for future work/services! :)

I've been to Jax a few times now with both of my cars. Customer service is fantastic. The reception at the desk and the mechanics I've spoken to are all really polite. They are very thorough when servicing and will provide you with a report at the end notifying you of any problems that may require attention, but they will not pressure you into fixing anything, unlike other mechanics I've been to in the past. There is no up-selling here or adding things to your service or putting you 'on the spot' to make a decision. If you refuse any additional work, they just accept it and carry on with the service. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5, is because I think they're a little too expensive. I understand you get what you pay for and most people will happily pay a reasonable price for a good mechanic, but in my opinion, the prices at Jax are slightly above what I would consider 'reasonable'. If they adjusted their prices a little, they would hands down be a 5 star service.

I found the crew to be very friendly and accommodating. All work quoted was carried out and completed as required. Regular service, wheel rotation, thrust line wheel alignment, and replacement of light bulbs. The total cost was $255.00, I'm pretty happy with that!

Everything seems to be running well so far, although I tried to book my car in for a Saturday, which was accepted online, however, I then got a message to say that Saturday wasn't available and had to reschedule for a weekday. This ended up costing me more money as I had to organise a ride to get to and from work. So it cost me much more than just the bill for the repair. It's hard trying to find someone who works on a Saturday, but if it's not available, then don't put it on your site, especially when it is not a huge job to do.

Not sure what was completed on my 45000km service, The cabin filter was not changed unless everything was put back in the glove box the same, tyre rotation and balance were not done, so brake pads and rotors were not checked, I intentionally left the wheels dirty to see marks from taking wheel nuts off. I also know wheels are not rotated because all tyre pressures same as when taken in. I put extra air in the back.

Firstly they need to train the workshop staff about cleaning. The chassis rails and under the car were coated with oil hand marks that I needed to pressure wash when I got home. They did not offer the free extras that were promised, namely the 6-month roadside assistance and the free rotation and wheel balance. The quote was more expensive than quoted but I went with it anyway as I needed it done. Won't be going back. Disappointing.
