We donnot take no frauds, abuse nor threats. We charged what was done and diagnostic fee $168 would be deducted for further repairs within valid period but this customer surely a disaster for any workshops. Scratch? Camera record checked and phone conversation recorded, we proposed to ring a police for consultantation. Should never judge a customer, but this time certainly a very bad experience.
