Steve is good to deal with and gets the job done. I had a full log book service, back brake pads changed and also a clock spring repair done due to an illuminated airbag light on the dash. It was my first time using his service and I was hesitant going to a mechanic outside of the Hyundai dealer I usually attend for services. Had a few small issues after the clock spring was repaired but Steve got it fixed immediately. My car is driving smoother than before it was serviced by NU-MECH Automotive Services so thanks to Steve and his team for their help.

Good comprehensive service, and more importantly was reminded about a necessary timing belt change at 100,000 kms, which my previous service mechanic had failed to raise just before and after 100,000kms.

The Mechanic worked on my car's last service as we were home, he seemed to do an ok job so I got him back for my 190,000k service. My garage camera filmed him starting and finishing, the total time taken was 41 minutes, so, not good this time and we were not home this time. Sorry, but this time we feel let down especially as you charged $465.00 must have been golden oil.

Everything got done on the job as per 190,000km service, parts aren’t cheap.

It is quite rare these days to feel valued as a customer, but ABS definitely ticks all the boxes there.  They don’t have fancy designer  foyers, but they don’t charge through the nose for things that really are not necessary.  I just want my car fixed and looked after for an affordable price.  And that is exactly what they do.  I have found them them trustworthy, honest and direct, and I can tell their smile and friendliness is genuine!
