AutoGuru has announced it will transition its outward-facing corporate brand to FleetGuru.ai, signalling a major step forward in the company’s evolution from a consumer marketplace to an AI-powered fleet technology leader.
Founded more than 11 years ago, AutoGuru built its reputation as a trusted platform enabling everyday drivers to compare quotes and book car servicing online. That foundation remains strong, but the business has expanded significantly in recent years, driven by the rapid growth of its FleetGuru platform.
A Natural Evolution of the FleetGuru Platform
The move to FleetGuru.ai builds on the strong foundation already established by the FleetGuru platform. The new brand better reflects the company’s expanded capabilities and future direction, with a clear focus on leveraging AI to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and unlock greater value across fleet management.
By integrating machine learning and intelligent data processing, FleetGuru.ai aims to stay ahead of industry demands while delivering practical, real-world benefits to its users.

AutoGuru Australia Pty Ltd will remain the legal entity. There will be no changes to existing agreements, engagements, or payment processes.

Customers can expect the same level of service and support from the existing team, with no disruption to current workflows or relationships.
AutoGuru Marketplace and Products
The AutoGuru brand will continue to operate as the retail marketplace. All existing products, including BookingGuru and associated domains, will remain unchanged.

Throughout 2026, FleetGuru.ai will introduce a suite of new capabilities designed to simplify and enhance fleet operations. These innovations will focus on using data and automation to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and reduce the administrative burden associated with vehicle maintenance and management. Over the coming weeks, customers and partners will begin to see the FleetGuru.ai brand rolled out across email communications, digital channels, and broader market presence.
