Work completed on car well. However took longer than expected by a day, had to call for updates and some listed inclusions not completed.

Possibly the worst mechanics one could go to. If you want actual information about what might be wrong with your vehicle, I'd suggest pretty much anyone else.

Was advertised as including a free wash and vacuum, but neither was completed. They didn’t vacuum because it wasn’t working and didn’t wash because there was intermittent drizzle. Offered for me to return at another date to have tasks completed.

Joe was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, gave it to me straight, the costs, parts and labor, and even changed the parking globe free of charge when I said they didn't have to! Most surprisingly, was how clean the car was when I came to pick it up, when they say they vacuum the car they really mean it!

I paid extra for tyre rotation and balance only to find out they didn't even inflate the tyres. Additionally they stamped the logbook for a service despite not doing the required interval service even though they only did a basic service.

Cannot follow instructions. Was confirmed by phone that it was supposed to be a home pick-up for the car to be serviced the day after it was originally booked and they failed to show up. After making a phone call they blamed me for the stuff up after the phone confirmation. So unprofessional and seriously disappointing.

Overall it went well. The downside was having to take my car back to have work done that should have been done on the day of the service (it was all part of the scheduled service).  Beyond the inconvenience this caused, it was the lack of communication, they didn't tell me about the work that wasn't done until I was there to pick up the car.  Communication needs to be stepped up, as does organisation, that is ensuring they have or can get the parts required before accepting the job.  All that was required here was for them to request for me to change the requested date to allow them time to get the parts, so all work could get done on the same day.

My vehicle was taken in without delay and the service was completed in extra quick time, albeit even though it was a basic service. Great work, but understanding extras over a phone call was difficult.

I have taken my cars to Express Lube Cessnock for the past 5 or so years. Won't go anywhere else.

Excellent service. Mechanic did a thorough inspection with my service and pointed out a fault that should be fixed under warranty at the Nissan dealership. 1000% better then the last service I had.

Run a bit over time on this occasion but cannot fault service, friendliness, price and professionalism. Will definitely use again!

I would recommend this business Wheel Change U Newcastle to everyone as Allan was so nice and did his job in changing not 1, but 3 tyres to get my car passed for the pink slip. He did not even stress out when my Afterpay didn’t work a couple of times he just kept calm and made me keep trying until it worked. Great service and advice. Very cheap pricing. Had a very great experience with the team. For reference, I got my car’s AC fixed within one day for $395 (diagnose fault + replace condenser rings + R134A refrigerant service + evacuate and refill).

Was a great experience, changed the game when it comes to getting your tyres changed.  You don't need to drop the car off, wait around for an hour or 2 and then get on with your day. You can just call these guys, they'll do it at your house, work or shopping center car park (if necessary).  Awesome.

A full honest review, was good, to begin with after receiving what took over a week of messages and emails for a detailed service report, wich we should have got when paid, after checking the service report cabin filter, and air filter, had not been changed and I asked for handbrake adjustment, and this wasn't done. Everything was ok until we received the report, yes it was done cheap, and the brakes were good in the end,  that is all.

BCS Workshop has horrible professionalism, lied about my car, stuffed my car and made it not start, and tried making me pay extra. I will never ever go back to them.

Had a log book service completed that went above and beyond. Also got them to inspect a noise in the front left wheel area. I was expecting the worst but it was only a few bucks more for some additional labour - shows great honesty and integrity. Dealt with three of the staff there and all were amazing. Would highly recommend for great workmanship and for using quality parts (including Penrite Oil).
