They quoted $115 then said maybe leak in hose the said $145 this was to get regassed, then told cor processer buggered then got told to bring back to get regassed for $99, what i quoted for was now for a diagnosis felt like were trying to get more money out of me so not happy with service

Hi Katrina, just wanted to take the time to explain a couple of things. The $115 was for the regas but unfortunately, your car required more repairs as there was a leak behind the dash and the gas would leak out and you would be back in no time not happy with our service at all. The $145 was to thoroughly go through the entire airconditioning system and diagnose, quote you accordingly. I'm not sure where the processer comes into this can we have a bit more information about this as it's not written on the quote we provided you.
